Marisa lepor

Marissa Lepor is a Vice President at The Sage Group, a boutique investment bank with expertise in M&A for branded consumer companies.  She plays a key role in the firm’s branded apparel & accessories, beauty & personal care, and e-commerce practices.  She also leads the firm’s intern recruiting and training programs. Marissa graduated cum laude from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics from Columbia College and a Special Concentration in Business Management from Columbia Business School.

Marissa continues to be very engaged in her community, both internationally and locally. Marissa is an active member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders’ Circle, LACMA’s Avant Garde Group, and the American Friends of the Israel Museum’s Associates Group. She is a Board Member of Jacob Jonas the Company and a 3G Board Member of the Holocaust Museum Los Angeles. Marissa also has an award-winning tequila company called The Pink Pig that celebrates female empowerment and has a special partnership with the non-profit microfinance organization Grameen America. Lastly, she co-founded LAdies in Finance, a leadership group of 400+ women working in principal investing and financial services roles throughout Los Angeles.

Speaking of her participation in the LEAD program, Marissa said: “I really enjoy engaging with the world around me and learning from others. My family has been involved with HU for years, and I look forward to establishing my own personal connection with HU and its impactful initiatives through the AFHU LEAD program.”
