On Saturday, January 26, over 45 guests in AFHU’s Dallas Region gathered at Total Wine for Uncorked: A Taste of Israeli Wine, which was co-sponsored by the Southwest Jewish Congress. Hebrew University Professor and viticulture Expert Zohar Kerem shared his expertise of Israeli wine, Israel’s emerging presence in the world’s wine cellar,  and the various viticulture programs being offered by HU’s Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and the Environment. Experts from Total Wine helped orchestrate the tasting experience, nothing the wines distinctive flavors.
