David Wulkan

David Wulkan is an Associate with Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, where he specializes in immigration law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); and a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law.

David is a member of Temple Isaiah in Los Angeles and previously served as secretary of the UCLA chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi, the Jewish fraternity. 

David loves learning about history, playing strategy games, watching Jeopardy, and rooting for his beloved Dodgers and Lakers.

He looks forward to participating in the LEAD program, saying: “I am a huge history buff, and Hebrew University has played a central role in Israel’s history for nearly a century. HU is an intellectual home for the people of Israel and Jews worldwide; I look forward to building a network of like-minded people who are committed to supporting HU and Israel and dedicated to building a better future for us all.”
