AFHU LEAD

American Friends of the Hebrew University (AFHU) is delighted to present Leadership Empowerment and Development (LEAD). LEAD is an elite leadership training program designed to develop the next generation of leaders for AFHU in support of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

About AFHU LEAD
AFHU LEAD is an 18-month leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders for American Friends of the Hebrew University.

The program includes three U.S.-based seminars featuring in-depth leadership training, educational sessions, networking, and curated social experiences. In addition, participants take part in a week-long Israel experience, hosted by the Hebrew University, offering an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the “Start-Up Nation.” LEAD webinars provide access to groundbreaking research, innovation, and emerging technologies from the Hebrew University with global impact. Participants also benefit from mentorship and networking opportunities with influential AFHU and Hebrew University leaders, creating meaningful connections within both philanthropic and professional spheres.

Each AFHU LEAD cohort is comprised of 12 exceptional individuals, ages 30–50, from across the United States who are committed to taking on impactful leadership roles within AFHU.

LEAD members and graduates represent the future of AFHU—the best and brightest of the next generation of leadership.
