New Construction at the Robert H. Smith Faculty of Food, Agriculture and Environment

Work is now underway at the new Complex for Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine at the Robert H. Smith Faculty of Food, Agriculture and Environment.  The Complex will house specialists in animal sciences working on projects such as:

• Adapting farm animals ot hot and arid climates
• Developing new technologies for farming
• Decreasing the incidence of infectious diseases
• Protecting wildlife and endangered species
• Providing veterinary services to detect and eradicate diseases in livestock and pets
