The Scopus Student Village, a complex of nine buildings on a ten-acre plot next to The Hebrew University’s Mount Scopus campus, provides affordable living space for 1,500 students from all walks of life.

Located in Jerusalem’s atmospheric French Hill neighborhood, the Scopus Student Village is close to world-class athletic, academic and cultural facilities, places of worship, and the Rothberg International School

Affordable and up-to-date housing units feature air conditioning and “smart wiring” for computers and other types of modern infrastructure.

Most students live in apartments of three to five bedrooms with shared kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. Apartments are also available for married couples and young families. In 2008-2009, about 20 families with children lived in Scopus Village.

In the academic year 2008-2009, 400 international students lived in the dormitories. Most of the students living in the dorms hail from areas outside Jerusalem.
